診察をします。Let me examine the child.

　両膝を曲げてください。 Bend both knees.

　チンチンを見ます。 Let me check the penis.

　口の中を見ます。 Let me check inside the mouth.

　しっかり押さえてください。 Please keep the child still.

検査をします。We're going to do some tests.

　尿をコップに採ってください。 Please go and collect urine in this cup.

　便の検査のため、浣腸をします。 We're going to apply an enema to check the feces.

　お尻に指（綿棒）を入れますので、押さえてください。 Please keep him (her) still because I'm going to insert my finger (a cotten swab).

　血液検査のため採血します。 We're taking some blood to do a blood test.

　エックス線検査が必要です。 We need to have an X-ray.

診断 Diagnosis

　胸に異常な音が聞こえます。 I hear strange sounds from the heart.

　胸の写真に影があります。 I can see some sign in the chest.

　喉からの熱です。 The fever comes frome the throat.

　便にたくさんの血が出ています。 There is a lot of blood in the feces.

咽頭炎 laryngitis　　扁桃腺炎 tonsilitis　　かぜ cold　　肺炎 pneumonia 　急性肺炎 acute pneumonia　　ぜんそく asthma　　腸閉塞 intestinal obstruction 　自家中毒 autotoxemia　　急性腸炎 acute enteritis

治療 Treatment

　飲んだものを出さないといけないので、胃洗浄をします。 We'll wash out the stomach since we need to remove the alien object.

　内服薬を出します。 I'll prescribe an internal medicine.

　座薬を出します。 I'll prescribe a suppository.

　薬をのんで発疹のでたことはありますか？ Has the child ever had any rashes after taking any drugs ?

　アレルギーはありますか？ Any allergies ?

　薬の内容は The prescription contains :
　　　解熱剤 fever reducer　　鎮痛剤 pain-killer　　抗生物質 antibiotic

　点滴が必要です。 The child needs to be administered an intravenous drip injection.
　　　衰弱しているので Because he (she) is weakened.　　食べさせられないので Because he (she) cannot eat.

　菌をやっつけるための抗生剤の輸液をします。 An antibiotic to fight the germs shall be administered.

　手術が必要のようです。 The child needs to be operated.

　病院を紹介しましょう。 We'll introduce you to a hospital.

　次回の診察日は（　）日です。 Your next visit to us is (　).
