検査・診断編　Tests and Diagnoses

次の検査をする必要がありますが、どうしますか？
You'll need to take the following test. What shall we do ?

　尿の検査です。 This is a urine test.

このコップに尿を採ってきてください。 Could you go get your urine sample in this cup please.

トイレはこちらです。 The toilet is here.

尿道にカテーテルを入れて尿を採ります。 We 're going to insert a catheter through the urethra to draw off your urine, O. K ?

　血液検査です。 This is a blood test.

採血しますので、腕を出してください。 Please take out your arm and We're going to take your blood sample.

HIV検査もします。 We're going to the HIV test too.

　エックス線検査をします。 We're taking your X-ray.

案内しましょう。 Let me show you the place.

エックス線室に行きますよ。 We're going to the X-ray room.

造影剤を使って Using a contrast medium

　　造影剤を飲んで Take this contrast medium

　　肛門から造影剤を入れて Insert this contrast medium through the anus

　　造影剤を注射して Inject this contrast medium

　　　腎盂 pelvis of the Kidney　　血管 blood vessel

　心電図の検査です。 This is an electrocardiogram (ECG) test.

胸を開けてください。 Please expose your chest.

この電極が吸い付きますが、危険は全然ありません。 We're going to stick this electrode on you but there's nothing to be afraid of, alright ?

　脳波の検査です。 This is a brain wave test.

緊張しないで横になってください。 Please lay down and relax. Don't be tense.

　超音波検査をします。 We're going to take a supersonic wave test.

この検査は膀胱に尿が溜まってからの検査になります。 We can do this test when the urine collects in the bladder.

早く尿が溜まるように水かジュースを飲んでください。 Please drink juice or water so the urine will collect faster (so we can get over with the test sooner).

汚れるといけませんから、ショーツをもっと下げてください。 Pull down your underwear more so you won't get it dirty.

お腹にゼリーを塗ります。冷たいですよ。 We're applying some jelly on your stomach. It's going to be cold, O. K ?

痛くない検査です。動かないでください。 It won't hurt at all. Please don't move.

終わりましたよ。お腹を拭きますからちょっと待ってください。 That's it. Please wait a moment till we wipe off your stomach.

身仕舞いをして、どうぞ、椅子に掛けてください。 You can get dressed and have a seat please.

　内視鏡を使っての検査です。 This is a test using endoscope.

この器具を使って身体の中を検査するのです。 We're going to examine inside your body using this tool.

肛門鏡 anoscope　　直腸鏡 rectoscope　　膀胱鏡 cystoscope

咽頭鏡 laryngoscope　　気管支鏡 bronchoscope　　胃内視鏡 gastroscope

合図に合わせて飲んでください。 Please take this when we give you a sign to, O. K ?

力まないでお腹の力を抜いてください。 Relax your stomach, don't be tense.

大きく息を吸ってください。 Take a deep breath.

尿道から入れますよ。 We're inserting it through your urethra.

肛門から入れますよ。 We're inserting it through your anus.
